Auto Attendant
Virtual receptionist, allows callers to be automatically transferred to an extension without the intervention of an operator/receptionist.
Remote Pickup
Answer a call remotely from any phone on your network. You do not have to miss a call if you are not at your desk.
Shared Extension
Two phones may share one extension. When a call is directed to that extension, both phones will ring, and any of the two phones can be used to answer the call.
Call Transfer

Core Features
Attended Transfer
This feature allows callers to talk to the person your transferring calls to prior to making the transfer.
Blind Transfer
This feature allows callers to be transferred to any number within your dial plan directly, without acknowledgement of destination number.
Automated Attendant
This feature allows callers to choose the options available from automated attendant to route the calls to the appropriate destination. For example, dial by extension, and dial by person’s last name.
Call Forwarding
Leaving the office? Don’t want to miss a call? No problem! Call Forwarding allows incoming phone calls to be routed to any other number within you dial plan.
Call Parking
This feature allows users to park a call in progress and pick it up anywhere in the office. For example, if your receptionist is not available to take the call, then you can pick it up while sitting in your office by dialling her extension number on your phone.
N-way Calling
This feature allows users talk to multiple callers at the same time, as if you’re in a conference.
Paging to Single Extension
This feature enables users to dial a desired extension number, where that extension acts as a speaker for the message.
Paging to All
This feature will allow users to page to all phones, and transfer that voice on all the phones in the office, so every person close to the phone can hear it.
Music On Hold
This feature allows callers to listen to music while they are on hold, until someone is ready to take their call.
Call Waiting
Engaged in a conversation? Don’t worry! The Call Waiting feature allows a person to accept or decline another call, by putting the call in progress on hold.
Caller ID Display
This feature allows users to view caller’s information- name and number on the phone’s display.
Caller Name Display
This feature allows users to view callers name on the phone display.
Caller ID On Call Waiting
This feature allows users to view caller’s information while calls are in progress, so you can decide to accept it or reject it.
Do Not Disturb
Busy or in a meeting? No problem! With this featured enabled, your phone does not ring, and allows callers to be notified by an automated voice system, or your own personal greeting message to either leave a voice mail or call back.
Voice Mail
This feature allows callers to record a message in your voice mail box, if you are not able to pick up the phone.
Voice Mail to Email
This feature allows users to retrieve their voice mail recordings from their email box.
Follow Me
This feature allows users to accept the calls when away from their desk and when follow me is enabled. It will ring first at the office desk and then if not answered, it will direct the call to another number.
Interactive Directory Listing
Can’t remember co-workers ext. numbers? No problem! This feature allows users to dial by the company‘s listings, by extension, and name, so you don’t have to remember the numbers.

This feature allows callers to select their options using normal keypad phones.

Roaming Extensions
This feature allows you to change your default extension number to any of the available phones on your system.
Company Contact List
This feature lists the names and numbers of commonly called clients, or staff.
Personal Contact
Want to keep favourite numbers in a phone book? No problem! This feature allows you to store your favourite numbers in the phone book.
Speed Dial
This feature allows the user to place a call by pressing a reduced number of keys.
Conference Bridging
This feature allows a group of people to take place in one phone call, without the need of being at the office.
Hide My Caller ID
Don’t want your calling information to be viewed by others? No problem! With this feature enabled, other users won’t able to see your calling information.
Remote Pickup
This feature allows users to answer calls that come in on a directory number, other than their own.
Alternate Number
This feature allows users to divert a particular line and assign it to more than one extension, so that numbers are dialed. For example, one ring–pause-ring occurs when one of the extensions were assigned as an alternative number.
Add-on features
Virtual Phone Number
This feature allows our customers to have an additional number anywhere around the world, which is attached to PBX systems. For example, users in London, England can dial a local number and it will ring on your phone.
Shared Extension
This feature allows you to share two devices on one extension. For example, the office phone is also available at home.
Extra Inbound - Outbound Channels
Got high volume of callers in your business? No problem! This additional feature will allow you to make more inbound and outbound calls.
Restriction
Cisco Phones
We provide the recondition Cisco phone only. Out customers have free to bring their phones to us, but we could not guarantee all the phone will compatible with our system. All out phone do not support wireless except the Wifi version phones.
Phone Number
Currently we don’t provide the custom phone numbers. Some discontinue area codes such as 416, 905 will be provided with extra fee.
Area Code Coverage
Some of the area code will not inclued in the Canada Wide, Canada Wide and US Wide calling plans. This mean, customers will get charge if they dial the following area codes: 867, 671, 649, 268, 246, 664, 907, 670, 473, 876
